Steps to Successfully Acquiring a Mr. 99 Commercial Real Estate Franchise

1. Select the area you would want to franchise or license. Licensing would require no franchise fee, however, a 12.5% of gross commissions would apply. Franchise fees vary with different territories. Franchise monthly fees are 5% of gross commissions.

2. To begin the application process, please send an email to: Martin Rood, President, at: mrood@mr99.com with your requested territory. Franchises are priced according to many variables and will be priced on a case-by-case basis.

3. Upon approval of a territory, Mr. 99 will send you a copy of the company's Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC) that, in detail, describes the franchise or licensing system and our company and includes a list of current franchise owners in the system.

4. The Mr. 99 Franchising and Licensing Department will be more than happy to answer all of your questions regarding franchising and licensing in your area of interest.

5. You may attend a "Discovery Day" in Lynnwood, Washington to meet with the Mr. 99 team, Founder, John Peehl and President, Martin Rood.
