| In 1993, John formed Mr. 99 & Associates, Inc. to handle the commercial real estate needs on the Highway 99 corridor. He represents 14 new car dealers and acquires sites for national retailers such as McDonald's, Schuck's, and Walgreen's. John enjoys much repeat and referral business because of his problem solving abilities, marketing skills and professionalism.
John's market knowledge and ability to "see the big picture" has made him a much sought out expert by other brokers, appraisers, financial institutions and several cities and planning boards. As a member of the Board of Directors, and subsequent President of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), John led the development in technology and membership growth for this organization that lists over 4 billion dollars of commercial properties today.
